Background
The EU-funded SMART BEAR project will develop a platform based on a variety of sensors and mobile instruments that will permanently collect data on their daily life and analyse these to provide personalised interventions.
Smart Bear FHIR Implementation Guide
This web portal describes the FHIR Implementation Guide for the Smart Bear Project. Details on FHIR Resource Profiles, Extension Definitions, Value Sets and Example Instances are provided. The medical data collected and processed in the Smart Bear project are represented in FHIR resources conforming to the specifications described in this Imeplementation Guide and exchanged according to the FHIR RESTful API.
